	[Re] Wrong item received Dear customer. First of all, we are extremely sorry to have inconvenienced you. If you send the item to us, we will exchange the item. But It takes so long time. And It is very complicated ( Your house-singapore delivery center-US delivery center-US warehouse-US dealer) If you don't mind, why don't you use the item and get a partial refund (S$90) Please let us know if you'd like to get a partial refund or do an exchange. Again, we are sincerely sorry for offending you.
	[Re] Wrong item received [Web] Hi seller, Firstly, the refund amount is not advantage to me. As I have spent $153.90 for 3.75liter (1 gallon) of shampoo. If you refund me $90 means I am paying $64 for one liter. Which by right one liter of shampoo should only cost me $154/3.75liter = $41/liter. Secondly, is not economical for me to send back the item to you too as the shipping to USA would cost me a lot. Thus, I suggest you could either send me 3 mote bottles of the one liter size (so I would Recieve total of 4liter) or you could refund me the correct amount S$153. 90-S$41 = S$112.90 Thank you.
